Johnny Appleseed Presentation

We are fortunate to have the Johnny Appleseed program through the Whitemud Watershed Conservation back at our school again this year. All Grade 5 students will receive a young apple tree and the Grade 6 students will receive a spruce seedling. These programs encourage youth to plant trees and enjoy the outdoors. The trees are supplied at no cost to the students and it's important to plant the trees as soon as possible.

If your child is in Grade 5 please make arrangements to have apple trees picked up at noon on Wednesday, May 13th. These trees cannot go on the bus due to their size. The Grade 6's can carry their seedlings home on the bus.

Thanks to Whitemud Watershed for their continued involvement in this program.
